The Inter-Ministries Convention will be held in Torre Pedrera, close to Rimini, Italy.
The Convention Meeting Hall is located in the Hotel Punta Nord.
The workshop rooms are located in the Hotel Punta Nord and other hotels nearby. A specific map will be provided on the spot.
The accommodation is provided with single and double rooms. Single rooms are limited, so please consider in the registration your roommate.
The food will be Italian style. We will provide vegetarian diet. Vegan option on demand, please notice on the registration form.
The weather in this period of the year is variable. We will inform later on accordingly.
How to join Inter-Ministries Convention
By Plane
From the Federico Fellini Airport in Rimini (13 km)
Take bus No. 9 and get off at the train station. Continue on bus No. 4 (to San Mauro Mare) and get off at stop No. 32, Tolemaide Cap., in front of the Hotel Punta Nord. Attention: not every bus is supposed to stop at this station!
A shuttle will be provided on demand.
By Train
From the Rimini station (Bologna – Ancona line) take bus No. 4 (to San Mauro Mare) and get off at stop No. 32, Tolemaide Cap., in front of the Hotel Punta Nord. Attention: not every bus is supposed to stop at this station!
By Car
Exit from Highway A14 (Bologna – Taranto) to Rimini Nord. Stay on the right and follow the signs for the beach. At the roundabout take the third exit and continue straight until the second roundabout, where you take the second exit to Tolemaide. One kilometer later you have arrived; the Hotel Punta Nord is on your right.
